Stunning craftsmanship and even better customer service. My husband and I began renovating an old family ski chalet during the pandemic and wanted to incorporate industrial elements into the staircase redesign. We got quotes from multiple ironsmiths in our area but decided to check Etsy for more options. Our search was over when I came across Jesse’s shop and the hammered iron spindles with the curved bottom. It was exactly what we had envisioned and the price was so competitive that we decided to give Jesse a go. My husband was a little nervous when I told him the spindles were come oh from across the pond, but I had faith. After a slight holdup in customs (which was no fault of Jesse, just a consequence of the pandemic) we received our spindles in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.

I emailed Jesse with a special requirement that wasn’t in his shop. Replied really quickly and came up trumps with exactly what I wanted, looks fabulous in my kitchen and I’m really happy with it. Would 100% definitely recommend.

Really good product, only criticism is the base could wider so bolt holes are easier to access and there’s none under the bar.. would have made installation into concrete floor a lot easier

Beautiful and unique toilet paper holder! I purchased two of them for two separate bathrooms. Unfortunately I was unaware that the holders had welding on the bottom, because I had to install one upside down due to the positioning of the room. I also had to remove about 1 inch off the length of the same because of spatial issue, fortunately this did not subtract from the look. Also, the cost of this holder was comparable to what I had found at my local Lowe’s or Home Depot... but much better quality. Thanks Much!
