Delivery, dispatch & import charges
Choose your delivery country at the top of the page before browsing. The product page shows the price and delivery information for that destination.
Delivery included in your product price
Where a product displays “Delivery included”, standard delivery is included in its displayed price and no extra shipping charge is added at checkout. UK delivery remains included.
For those products, selecting United States shows a price including delivery and US import tariffs. Selecting Australia shows a price including the applicable additional delivery cost.
Some listings and individually quoted projects have separate delivery arrangements. Check the product's delivery information or ask us to confirm the total before ordering.
Making time comes before delivery time
Our metalwork is made to order. Use the dispatch time on the individual product page: many smaller fittings are ready in 3–5 working days, many rails and spindles in 3–4 weeks, and bar front panels in 4–5 weeks. Custom projects have an agreed production schedule.
Estimated arrival dates include making time and transit to the selected country. They are estimates for an order placed today, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends are excluded; public holidays, customs checks and remote addresses may take longer.
EU orders: import VAT is payable separately
For delivery to the European Union, import VAT, any customs duties and carrier handling fees are not included in the displayed product price. Your customs authority or delivery carrier will request payment before delivery.
Your delivery details
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details so we can arrange delivery and the carrier can contact you if needed. Prices may be displayed in your local currency; currency conversion and rounding can affect the displayed amount.

Contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether your deadline is achievable and agree any express production or delivery cost before payment.
