Finish your staircase with decorative stair rods for carpet runners. Explore floral rosettes, Gothic botanical backplates, Tudor trefoil brackets and rustic circular designs, with bronze, aged brass and dark iron finishes.

Choose 76cm, 86cm or 106cm overall lengths and packs of 1–25 rods. Each design has cast zinc alloy brackets and a solid metal bar. See each product for its finish, dimensions and fitting instructions.

Choose the right size

  • 76cm overall length: 68cm runner gap
  • 86cm overall length: 78cm runner gap
  • 106cm overall length: 98cm runner gap

Overall length includes the decorative ends. Allow space for your runner within the gap and check carpet thickness, bracket clearance and available timber before ordering.

Decorative stair runner fittings

These rods are decorative. Your carpet runner must be securely fitted independently. Measure fixing centres from the assembled rod and follow the product’s instructions for timber stair risers.
