Can I customise the length of a rail? Yes as all our items are made by hand. Please message us for a custom quote.
How long will take for my order to be delivered? For all delivery information, please see our delivery page: https://middlefarmcrafts.com/pages/deliveries Please note shipping time in on top of production time.
What is the production time on your products? All products are made by hand and have a production time of 1-5 days. Handrails and foot rails have a production time of 2-3 weeks.

Do you ship outside the UK? Yes we do. If you are interested in a larger order, such as a hand or footrail, please message us for a shipping quote.
Do your products come with screws? Yes all orders expect handrails and footrails come with our standard screws ( 4.2mm x 19 mm black wood screws). Please note that the surface you are putting the item onto might require different screws.

Are the handrails suitable for outside? If you are going to be putting your rail outdoors, please let us know as we can apply extra layers of paint so it is protected. The clear lacquer finish is not suitable for the outdoors.
