Returns/ Refund Policy

Returns: 
. I gladly accept returns. You eligibility for a return will be based on the following conditions: 
- You have contacted me within 14 days of delivery. 
- The item has been sent back to me within 30 days of delivery.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: it must be undamaged, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

. If your return is accepted, you will find the return address on your shipping label and we will share it with you in our reply to your return request message. 

Refunds: 
. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. A refund of the item/items total will be given after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. 
. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the item (unless the item has been damaged in transit).  
. Postage costs are non refundable.  

Damages:
. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
. If an item is damaged in transit (and photographic evidence is provided), I will arrange for collection of your damaged item and send a new one.

Exchanges: 
. I gladly accept exchanges based on the following conditions: 
- You have contacted me within 14 days of delivery. 
- The item has been sent back to me within 30 days of delivery.
. If you wish to change to another design, which is a different price, the difference in price will need to be settled before an exchange occurs. 

Cancellations: 
. I accept cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase. 
. If you request a cancellation after the item has been dispatched, postage will not be refunded and you will need to pay to return the item.

Custom/ personalised items:
. I can not accept returns for custom or personalised orders (whether this a custom size or design). The reason being I would be unable to resell it.
